Do you feel like you can't get a handle on your anxious thoughts? Are you looking to improve relationships with significant people in your life? Are you trying to figure out how to navigate the balance between respecting your immigrant parents and doing what feels best for your life? If you can relate to any of the above, I may be the therapist to help you learn to feel confident that you have the skills to make it through what you’re going through. As a Black woman and as the child of immigrant parents, I understand first-hand the struggles that POC and immigrants face in today’s world. If you are looking for support in navigating your current stressors in an LGBTQ+ affirming, ex-evangelical friendly, non-judgmental, affirming, and compassionate space, you’re in the right place.
