Hi there, I'm Melanie!

As a therapist, my main objective is to create a therapeutic space that promotes growth. There are many reasons to seek therapy, be it a recent transition, difficulty coping with past negative experiences, or experiencing an increase in unpleasant symptoms. No matter the reason, it is always important to invest in your personal growth and wellness. Since each individual is unique, I utilize various therapeutic methods to fit your needs. I offer experience gained from diverse and varying settings, including schools, outpatient, and medical clinics. I have over 10 years of experience working with youth and families. It would be my pleasure to support you as you work towards your goals! I am also able to provide sessions in Portuguese.
