Hi there, I'm Ernan!

I am a licensed therapist specializing in treating individuals with Bipolar Disorder, Schizophrenia, Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, addiction, and general life stressors. I offer a safe space for my patients to gain an understanding of their thoughts, feelings, and emotions. Together, we find ways to cope with these issues, along with learning new behaviors where you can learn to live a happy and successful life independently. The main goal is to find peace within yourself and learn how to manage triggers that arise from daily living.
