Hi there, I'm Bobby!

We are all trying to be the best version of ourselves and sometimes we need help learning who that person is. I believe that the purpose of therapy is to help you identify challenges that are preventing you from becoming the person you want to be and living a happy healthy life. Through the development of a collaborative therapeutic relationship; I can support you in identifying your strengths to empower you to overcome the challenges that are affecting your happiness and growth. I have a passion for working with individuals seeking support with depression, trauma, anxiety, relationship satisfaction, career changes, body image, cultural identity, gender expression, kink, and mental health needs related to Black and LGBTQ+ mental health. I utilize aspects of Motivational Interviewing, Solution-focused therapy, Trauma-informed care, and Cognitive behavioral therapy to help clients get the support they deserve. I am dedicated to creating a safe space that promotes healing and allows you to overcome the barriers that are blocking your path.
