Hi there, I'm Shaylah!

I am a licensed professional clinical counselor serving adolescents and adults in California. I believe that we all possess the strengths we need to tackle our issues, but sometimes we need help bringing these strengths to the surface. My goal is to empower my clients and help them discover their amazing potential. I provide a warm, safe space for clients to feel comfortable identifying, exploring, and replacing the problematic thoughts and behaviors that have kept them from living their most valued life. My clinical interests include working with depression, mood/anxiety disorders, relationship difficulties, life transitions, family issues, grief, loss, and more. I use several psychotherapeutic modalities in order to best help the client rather than trying to force the client to conform to a certain style of therapy. I personally know how difficult it is to seek help when you feel overwhelmed, and I applaud your bravery in taking this step and look forward to hearing from you.
