Hi there, I'm Rachel!

I listen with compassion and provide a safe space for clients to explore and express their feelings and thoughts. My response incorporates love, wisdom, and evidenced based practices to increase self-awareness, a sense of self-worth, ability to manage emotions and have positive relationships. My therapeutic approach draws from a variety of evidenced based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, PEERS and Motivational Interviewing. I have experience working with adults, children, and families and clients suffering from depression, anxiety, and trauma. Additionally, I have training in helping children manage bullying. I provide my culturally sensitive services in English, Spanish, and Hebrew. It is rewarding to see clients learn to manage their emotions and improve their relationships at home, work, and school.
