Hi there, I'm Andrea!

Life is full of ups and downs. At times we need help getting through the downs. I have 23 years of experience working with individuals and families suffering from depression, anxiety, trauma, sexual abuse, and relational difficulties. I believe in building a trusting relationship with my clients so that we can work together to improve their lives. My techniques include exploring and validating feelings—gentle confrontation, problem-solving, and teaching coping strategies. I am noted for my compassion and sense of humor!
