Hi there, I'm Lisa!

Life is a beautiful gift filled with the culmination of challenges and growth opportunities. Sometimes the challenges of life get in the way of us enjoying our friends, families, and our loved ones. If you are struggling with depression, anger, hurt, or feelings of loss or addiction, I can help you navigate your life to a healthier and happier place. I work with individuals, couples, and families of all ages to help them conquer their life’s challenges. I am here to help you learn new ways to navigate your journey through life in a healthier way. I use a teaching approach and a variety of modalities in the counseling setting. My preferred techniques are Humanistic, Cognitive Behavioral, Systems, and Structural Family Therapy, and other tools. I can also integrate your faith, such as Christianity, into your session if you choose. I will walk along beside you to guide you to a healthier and happier way of living your life.
