Hi there, I'm Kellie!

Greetings, My name is Kellie, and I am a Marriage and Family Therapist licensed in California with 15 years of experience working in the mental health field. I am passionate about helping individuals overcome obstacles so they may live their best life. I work with a wide range of clients who express concerns in the areas including, but not limited to, the following: depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, grief, sleep disturbance, and stress management. I also have extensive experience working with the military population and individuals who have experienced trauma and self-harm thoughts/behaviors. My counseling style is warm yet engaging and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I am frequently complemented on my non-judgmental demeanor and ability to connect quickly with clients. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, psychoanalytic, and solution-focused therapy techniques. Ultimately, I will collaborate with you to customize our dialog and treatment plan to best fit your unique and specific needs. It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling, happier life and take those first steps toward change.
