Hi there, I'm Limor!

Hello, my name is Limor, I am a Marriage Family Therapist. I graduated from Antioch University with my Master of Arts degree in June 2006. I began working at The Department of Children and Family Services, (DCFS) in January 2007 and became licensed in January 2014. At DCFS I provided therapeutic interventions to parents, children and families, as well as case management. I am experienced in trauma related issues, relationship issues, parenting issues, co-dependency, grief and loss, depression and anxiety management. If you are facing any of these challenges as your therapist, I will help you gain insight, and provide you with the support and the tools to overcome these challenges. If you are looking to make changes but are feeling stuck, we will work together to minimize the fears and anxieties stopping you from reaching your goals. I will help you break through obstacles standing in the way of living your best life. Additionally, I work with clients suffering from binge eating disorder. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help you explore patterns of thoughts, feelings and behaviors that may be contributing to your binge eating and together we will come up with a plan of action that will assist you with making positive choices,
