Hi there, I'm Kimberly!

I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in eating disorders and disordered eating, addictions, anxiety, and depression. I work largely from a cognitive-behavioral framework, helping patients to identify and restructure their thoughts that lead to maladaptive behaviors, in order to engage in healthier and more productive ways. If you want to make peace with food, learn to love your body, feel more stable and secure in your emotions, strengthen your relationships, break free from addictive behaviors, or just have someone to talk to when life gets rough, please reach out!
