Hi there, I'm Jennifer!

I believe therapy should be a place where you can be heard, and understood and be able to have a safe place to learn new things and have fun while exploring yourself without judgment. I want to help assist you by taking you to places inside your mind that will help you break through any past trauma or current difficulties you may be facing. I will work with you to find the best approach to assist you in what you're going through while taking into consideration the mind, body, and soul connection. As a therapist, my approach is supportive, direct, and kind. I have worked in community mental health with children, adolescents, and adults of all ages. I enjoy working with diagnoses of ADHD, PTSD, anxiety, substance abuse, relational difficulties, and those in need of wanting to understand themselves better.
