Hi there, I'm Kristin!

Are you ready for a New Beginning? Perhaps you have veered from your life path and the things most important to you. Feeling sad, worthless, and constantly worrying about life's details can be exhausting. So exhausting that you might struggle to get out of bed every morning. Perhaps your relationships are not what they once were. You may feel confused, scared, frustrated, angry, or depressed because you are unsure how to get back on your path to living your best life. If you feel alone and are unsure where to start, I am here to support you and help you figure out where you want to go on your life's journey. I believe that the foundation of the therapeutic relationship begins with trust, acceptance, and honesty. Once you and I have a strong foundation, we will explore the goals you have and what you want your future to look like. In pursuit of developing that strong foundation, I believe it is essential for you to know a little about me and my background. I completed my Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling in 2014 at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. I decided to continue my education at Nova Southeastern, pursuing a Doctorate of Psychology, which I obtained in 2019 after completing my pre-doctoral residency in Leavenworth, Kansas. I have been a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) since 2017, ran my private practice in Hollywood, Florida, and am currently working in this capacity via Telehealth. I understand that starting therapy can be anxiety-provoking, and I realize that each individual has unique life experiences that influence how they function daily and how they view the world around them. Your story and life experiences are of the utmost importance. If you would like more information about any of these modalities or anything else, please do not hesitate to reach out. Remember, your difficulties did not develop overnight, nor will they disappear overnight. Therapy is a process, and I will be here to support you as you begin your therapeutic journey.
