My name is Heloisa Aguiar, I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida. I've been a therapist for 25+ years and work primarily with adults, couples, and adolescents.
My approach
My approach is client focused. I utilize a variety of techniques to assist clients in working through their problems. In therapy, we can utilize dreams, homework, bibliotherapy, humor, and exercises to help you become happier and at peace with yourself.
My focus
I can treat depression, anxiety, and all the other symptoms of internal difficulties. Our work together will restore you to your bright spirit.

During our time together, I would like you and I to be focused on your issues. I will give you my undivided attention and hope you will be in a place that can help you focus on our session.
My journey to therapy
I think I have been a therapist since I was a young girl. I was always the person people came to talk about their issues. I just went to school to get my license and be able to do this professionally
