My communication style
Nancy believes that providing clients with a caring and safe space to explore their issues, where they feel supported, validated, and understood, is a catalyst for positive change.
My journey to therapy
I like to help others, and I experienced the magic that occurs within the therapeutic process in my own personal life. From that moment on, I knew I wanted to be part of this process to help others.
My goals for you
I approach goal setting as a collaborative venture between the client and the therapist.
My first session with you
During the first session, we usually engage in establishing trust and open communication, while gathering the pertinent information to establish therapy goals.
