Hi there, I'm Rachel!

I am a person-centered, strengths-based clinician who has worked in the community providing in-homeschool counseling services to children, adolescents, and adults. My experience in private practice has included individual and couples therapy employing CBT, DBT, TF-CBT, and other integrative therapeutic interventions for clients experiencing anxiety/depression, mood and personality disorders, sexual dysfunction, sexual trauma, and other mental health diagnoses. Using excellent assessment/evaluation skills, and the ability to establish quick rapport, allows me to connect with a compassionate and authentic therapeutic presence. Being a passionate advocate for those who are struggling to be heard and understood in their relationships, and assisting the client in their development towards personal empowerment and emotional stability is the most rewarding work for me as a mental health clinician.
