Hi! I'm Martana Eldridge, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Georgia. My approach to therapy will be based on your individual needs. No two clients are the same and I pride myself in being able to meet you exactly where you are at on your transformation journey. Some of my focus areas of practice include but aren't limited to: life transitions, depression, anxiety and trauma that has been hindering you from becoming the healthiest version of yourself. I will walk along-side you and help you overcome the barriers that are standing in the way!
My approach
I take an eclectic approach to services and will pull from different frameworks depending on what your focus area is. Some of my most favorite theoretical approaches to utilize are CBT, Solution Focused Therapy and Reality Therapy.
My focus
I have found that my style and approach is a good fit for young to middle age adults who are ready to take control of their lives and redefine themselves. I enjoy helping my clients explore their history and process through past experiences that are influencing their current dysfunctional thinking and behaviors. I empower my clients to make the changes that are necessary to become their best self and provide them with the tools to do so.
My communication style
My communication style is calm, real and personable. I put a big emphasis on building rapport with each one of my clients so that they are comfortable. A therapy session with me is a no judgement zone and a space for you to be your authentic self.
My journey to mental healthcare
I believe mental health is just as important as any other area of health, which is why I love the work that I do! One of the most rewarding things to witness is client's accomplishing the goals that they have set for themselves and overcoming things that they initially thought was impossible.

Goal setting is always collaborative! After we take time to build rapport and explore some of the things that have brought you to therapy, I will assist you with narrowing down the goals you want to focus on.
My first session with you
The initial session is a great time for us to start building rapport and getting to know each other. What you can expect from our first session is for us to spend the majority of our time talking about what brought you to therapy, and me asking detail oriented questions to gain a better understanding. You will also have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have!
