Hi there, I'm Elizabeth!

At its best, therapy should be a partnership. I am dedicated to creating a therapeutic environment focused on your needs and goals. I believe anyone can benefit from therapy at some point in their lives. My primary focus has been on treatment for anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, OCD, and substance abuse, typically utilizing either CBT or DBT-based interventions, but I have worked with clients with a wide range of needs and am always seeking training in evidenced-based practices that can help the people I work with. Whatever your identity is, you deserve a safe, judgment-free place to grow and heal. I am passionate about creating a safe therapeutic environment that recognizes the unique challenges you face both interpersonally and within society. It takes courage to start therapy, and I will honor that courage by listening and working with you to ensure you are getting the counseling that' fits your needs.
