As a person-centered therapist, I provide a safe environment where you feel seen and heard. Therapy is tailored to your specific needs in order to help provide maximized growth potential. My approach is to walk with you providing you with insight as we sort through unhealthy patterns and behaviors.
My focus
Successful therapy clients are those that are introspective, open-minded, motivated, and transparent. This process can be difficult and uncomfortable at times; however, clients who are willing to lean into discomfort can experience the most positive change.

It's my hope that you feel safe being open and vulnerable in sessions. While I am here to help you sort through challenging patterns and behaviors, it's also my job to provide feedback and accountability. Successful therapeutic relationships are built on collaboration. Every so often I will check in with you to provide and receive feedback concerning the process. Ultimately, this will help you to identify progress in your treatment.
