Hi there, I'm Melanie!

I have a relatable approach that allows me to partner with clients in order to facilitate changes necessary to promote positive mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual outcomes. I am passionate about working with women, specifically in caretaking roles (either personally or professionally), teaching them to implement radical self-care, and empowering them to find their voice. I challenge my clients in a way to push them out of their comfort zone so that they can operate at their optimal level. This can mean addressing current and past life challenges that have served as barriers to living their best life. I believe change is necessary for growth and encourages my clients to trust the process. I am always honored that clients choose her to walk with them on their journey to healing.
