I work with a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, PTSD, self-esteem, grief, and addictions. I am caring, and empathic, and hope to help you become the best version of yourself so that you can live your most fulfilling future!

I use a variety of interventions including CBT, DBT, Person-centered focus, solution-based focus, and mindfulness.

I use active listening and reflection. I like for my clients to feel safe and secure talking about any topics in their sessions.
My first session with you
In our first session, I will ask a variety of questions that cover multiple areas of your life to get a better understanding of your underlying issues and find ways to best address your issues at hand.
