Hi, I am Dr. B and I am here to work with you in partnership. Clients have the power to overcome adversity, traumatic experiences, and situations that may negatively impact their lives. Sometimes, we just need that support person who can walk with us, and guide us until we arrive at a place of acceptance, healing, and wholeness.

I approach therapy from a person-centered perspective, and I believe in holding clients in a genuine, warm, and empathic environment.

I specialize in trauma, depression, and anxiety. I also am well-versed in working with people in crisis.
My communication style
I create a safe holding space for clients. I utilize humor and silence as a means of providing that space.

I am a helper and I love to see clients move from one phase of life to another. It also brings me joy to see clients migrate through their healing journeys.

I help clients to decide what goals are set. I help using various methods to help the client to decide what is the best approach.
My first session with you
A nosey but empathic therapist. I want to know as much as you are willing to share so that I can really get to know you as a person. This will arm me with methods and interventions that are tailored to your needs.
