Hello, my name is Kathiana Falmer. As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) specializing in women's mental health, my purpose is deeply rooted in guiding and supporting clients through their healing journey. My focus revolves around empowering individuals grappling with depression, anxiety, and trauma, with a particular emphasis on addressing women's mental health issues.
My approach
In my therapeutic approach, I employ a holistic blend of cognitive behavioral, trauma-focused, and mindfulness therapies to delve into the self-beliefs of my clients. Creating a compassionate and non-judgmental atmosphere, I facilitate the exploration and transformation of limited self-beliefs into more positive and affirming belief systems.
