Hi there, I'm Joanne!

It's your time now to release what no longer serves you. Let go, let in, and we need to clear out what no longer serves us to make space for new things to come in and fill the container. A fundamental principle of Mindfulness is 'letting go.' Learning to let go and sit with the present moment is at the core of mindful living. 'Holding on' and 'letting go' occur in the physical, muscular sense, and emotional mind. Deciding to seek help and commit to bettering yourself is a process, and the process of healing, wellness, and recovery is a journey and not a destination. Thank you for your interest and inquiry about my holistic/mental health & wellness services.
