Hi there, I'm Amy!

I am very passionate about helping people find freedom from the things that have caused hurt and pain in their lives. I love working with my clients collaboratively on their journey to living the life they desire.

My approach

Together we will learn what is getting in the way of living a life of more peace and joy. I will provide a safe, supportive, and validating environment for people to share those things that are deep down inside of them.

My focus

I love equipping and empowering individuals, couples, and families with skills to promote healthier relationships and communication as well as decreasing stress and identifying the root cause of the issues. I also specialize in helping people heal from unhealed trauma. I am willing to see minors (13-17), preteens (8-12), and individuals.

My communication style

I believe in open, honest, and collaborative communication. My aim is to create a safe, validating space where you feel heard and supported. I'll listen with empathy and without judgment, helping you explore your thoughts and feelings. Together, we'll work towards your goals at a pace that feels right for you.

My journey to mental healthcare

From 03/2017 to 03/2019, I gained valuable clinical experience at Northwestern Medicine, located at 3701 Doty Rd, Woodstock IL 60098, working towards my licensure requirements.
