Hi, my name is Cassidy Anderson and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I believe that change starts with awareness which includes things that are working well for you and things you may want or need to change. I provide a supportive approach to helping those I work with, focusing on increasing resilience to help you live your best life despite the challenges that you may experience.
I value a collaborative therapy approach with individuals. I utilize various treatment approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused, Collaborative Problem Solving, Motivational Interviewing, Trauma-informed, and Mindfulness.
I enjoy providing services to a wide range of teens, adults, and older adults with mild to moderate symptoms of stress, anxiety, and depression, those with the need for support related to parenting, those with caregiving responsibilities to a loved one, and those with co-occurring medical issues.

I strive to provide an open and interactive experience for those I work with. I get feedback that my sessions feel supportive and encouraging, and help those I work with feel connected to supports and resources that help them.
