I have several years of experience in the mental health field, providing therapy to adolescents, adults, seniors, and families. I'm passionate about providing adequate mental health services to those in need and believe that behavioral health platforms are an essential component of well-being.
My approach

I specialize in utilizing a variety of effective intervention approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Strengths-Based, Solution-Focused, Harm Reduction, and Motivational Interviewing. I also utilize several components of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) consisting of distress tolerance, emotional regulation, and mindfulness techniques.
My focus
My primary focus as your provider is to assist and guide you through the journey of healing. I make it a priority to align my treatment approach to your particular needs. My mission is to assist you with achieving your goals in a safe and inviting clinical setting. Taking the first step can certainly be difficult. My communication style
It goes without saying that you are the true leader of your story, considering that you are in fact the author. I allow my patients to lead the sessions while providing support, validation, and insight along the way. I believe it is highly important to engage in active listening when engaging with patients. I utilize an assertive yet gentle appropriate when communicating with patients. My overall tone, demeanor, and listening style are all highly welcoming, which creates an inviting atmosphere for patients.
