Hi there, I'm Liza!

Hello! My name is Liza, and I provide trauma sensitive therapy for anxiety, depression, grief and loss, life transitions, and chronic health/pain issues. I am certified in MBSR (mindfulness based stress reduction) from UMASS Medical School and also have received a post-graduate trauma therapy certification from Bessel van der Kolk at the Trauma Center in Boston. I am a 500 hour RYT (registered yoga teacher) with a practice focus on combining cognitive-based therapies with body-based, meditative practices in order to guide clients on how to better cope with life's challenges and feel safe, secure.... "at home" in their bodies.
