Hi! My name is Janell Abraham and I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I have 10+ years of experience as a therapist working with anyone from the ages of 5-99; offering individual, family, and group therapy. I am passionate about the work that I do. My goal is always to provide a safe place, which will allow individuals to address their stressors and symptoms and build to their list of positive coping skills. I enjoy working with parents and adults who may be coping with anxiety, depression, family dynamics, etc. During sessions, I utilize Integrative Therapy, CBT, Behavior Modification, Motivational Interviewing, EMDR, Mindfulness, etc.
