I utilize various approaches to therapy, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy among others. Together we will find what is best suited to you.
I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you, such as stress, anxiety, and self-esteem issues. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.
My communication style
I utilize an open communication style where you are free to express yourself however you feel most comfortable, and where you are not judged. I will actively listen and welcome you to freely share what you chose to at your own pace. My goal is for you to feel very comfortable and never pressured.
My journey to mental healthcare
I have always been drawn to helping people. I have worked with children in an elementary school. I have worked with adults with severe and persistent mental health diagnoses. I have worked with individuals, couples, and families in private practice. It is very rewarding to me to see people realize their goals and know that they can navigate the path that leads them to a happier, more fulfilling life.

My goal is to help you achieve your goals as you decide what your desired outcomes are. Together we can establish and obtain what you desire. Collaborating with you to recognize your strengths and find your answers is my goal.

During our first session, we will get to know each other. You can tell me what you would like help with, about your background, and what your expectations of therapy are. I will tell you a little bit about myself. We can get to know each other so that you feel comfortable and know what to expect moving forward.
