Hi there, I'm Alicia!

Hey there! If you're reading this, I want to commend you for taking the first step! My name is Alicia, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. My approach to therapy is collaborative, so I fully welcome your input in the session. I believe in meeting you where you are, so we can get to where you need to be. I utilize a systemic viewpoint, meaning that together, we consider all the aspects and/or environments in which you interact, to understand how you're affected and how I can best help you. There is no “one-size fits all” method when it comes to therapy, and you should feel comfortable in knowing that your therapist is working to fit your needs. I work with adolescents, young adults, couples, and families to help them navigate stressors and/or life transitions they may face. We will have a good time in therapy through humor, laughs, and even the appropriate sharing of relatable experiences. I am here to provide you with the necessary skill set or techniques or maybe even dig a little deeper to uncover the secrets, to help you become the best version of yourself.
