Hi there, I'm Jasmin!

We all experience loss, trauma, anxiety, depression, or life transitions at some point in our lives, but we do not have to go through these challenges alone. I want to help you work through these challenges in a caring, safe environment. I sincerely enjoy listening to people and learning their stories. I work to provide a safe, non-judgmental environment for my clients. I view challenges from a Humanistic Orientation. However, I am able to adapt to my client's needs regarding how they like to conceptualize the world around them and how they respond best to solutions to move them forward. I have significant experience in helping clients work through issues of life changes, trauma, grief and loss, depression, and anxiety. I have worked for over 8 years with individuals to provide counseling, support, and therapeutic guidance. Building trust in a therapeutic relationship takes time. Please know that I am willing to sit with you, listen to you, and accept you for who you are. I am goal-oriented and will work alongside you in striving to reach your therapy goals.
