Hi there, I'm Kristen!

I am an independently licensed social worker with over 10 years of experience helping others cope with life losses, manage grief, and tackle anxiety and depression. Although I specialize in problems associated with aging, I am able to help adults of all ages and walks of life! I utilize a Strengths-Based approach, which focuses on what a person is doing right rather than focusing on "fixing" a person. Everyone has their own amazing way of moving positively through life, and I work to help my clients find their unique way!
