Hi there, I'm Sheenah!

Are you tired of feeling like you're barely surviving each day? I help those who are tired, frustrated, hurting, and want to learn to heal and thrive. The world can be traumatizing at times, and we may sometimes get tired and want to give up. There is hope! I believe we each have what we need inside of us to live the life we imagined; sometimes, we just need a little help. I graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a Master's of Social Work. I am dually and independently licensed in the State of Ohio in mental health (LISW-S) and substance abuse (LICDC-CS). I started out working with children and families, foster care, and adoption at non-profit agencies, helping families to overcome obstacles to success. You've already taken the first step. Sometimes we just need someone who will listen to us, work with us, and walk with us to achieve what appears to be unachievable.
