Disha Benn-Peay, LISW-CP, CCM, NBC-HWC, LPN. I use an integrative approach based upon the needs of each client.

My approach

I use an integrative approach drawing from motivational interviewing, strength-based therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, cognitive-processing therapy, person-centered therapy, psychodynamic therapy, solution-focused, and supportive psychotherapy.
