I have been seeing clients for 12 years in different locations, and 5 years in my own practice; it has been wonderful. I love people and listen well. I get great feedback and always try to improve and learn from my experiences. People have great potential for recovery, and I try to help them get better.
My approach
My approach to therapy utilizes Trauma-focused techniques with an inclination to set goals for recovery and get better.
My focus
I work with people who are experiencing mood dysregulation or problems functioning at work, family, or school.
My communication style
It is friendly and open. I am mostly interested in what they have to say.
