I have more than 30 yrs experience treating trauma, depression, anxiety, and other mental health issues. I offer a free 15-minute consult as I believe the fit between therapist and patient is important.
My approach
I use only proven therapy approaches, nothing experimental. My patients see positive results very early in treatment.
My focus
My clients are motivated and intelligent and want to improve their lives. I am comfortable treating Trauma/PTSD, anxiety, depression, and other behavioral health conditions.

I became a therapist early in my career, and I have always been grateful that I made the right choice. It is a joy to work with people every day and help them improve their lives.

Clients and I work on the goals together. It is always the client's goal as it is their life, and they are in the driver's seat.

I will do an intake which is an overview of your life. I will ask easy questions, which you will know the answers to. And we will get to know one another.
