Hi there, I'm Mario!

Real men deal with real problems. Sometimes you need to get something off your chest and it is an issue you cannot talk with the boys about. I offer an opportunity to bounce ideas and problem-solve with no judgment. We will work together to resolve the issues that you are having. I take a direct problem-solving approach and use the following therapies Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). If you are looking for someone who will encourage you to talk about why your mom did not hug you enough when you were a kid, Ya I am not that guy. I have over 13 years working in the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Field. I have worked with Law enforcement, Construction men of all trades, Trans Incarcerated Men/Women, Gamers, Ex Lifers, Student-Athletes, and Your Every Day Hard Working Ass Man. I respect all faiths and beliefs. I am a proud AMERICAN with a lot of cultures in my background (Spanish Speaking). I come from a family that believes in working hard for what you get in life and that no one owes you anything. I like helping people if I can. In my off time, I spend time with my kids and get pleasure from teaching them right from wrong, for example, CHEVY not FORD, NINERS not RAIDERS. Other hobbies include completing small projects at home, working on my 64 nova, and doing what I can in my neighborhood. (LGBTQ-ALLY).
