Hi there, I'm Blake!

We all can struggle from time to time. Whether it is with something as routine as changing career paths or something more earth-shattering such as trauma, there is no one way to handle the stress and confusion that can come from these. The feelings of isolation, depression, hopelessness, anxiety and uneasiness can knock almost anyone to their knees at times. This is where counseling can help. I provide a safe and judgment-free environment to help you process the circumstances you are facing, and we work together to find solutions to your concerns. With my personal and professional experience, I provide a challenging but rewarding therapeutic experience. From experiencing multiple traumas in my own life to spending my professional career understanding the human experience, I want to help everyone find their own way forward and to grow into what they can become. Life does not have to be a struggle all the time, and I hope I can help you see this for yourself.
