I have been seeking to make a difference in the lives of others by improving their self-confidence and helping with their life problems. I specialize in helping clients who are having a stressful experience and building on their strengths. I was inspired to enter the field after witnessing the lack of mental health options and made it my priority to ensure easier access to mental health services.

I offer compassionate counseling with a focus on the individual client. I know that there is no single approach for each individual; therefore, I use a variety of modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy.

I provide online counseling that fits your life. I would like to help you manage your stress, improve your self-esteem, and decrease feelings of being overwhelmed. I focus on the unserved area of the LBGTQIA+ community but am welcoming to clients who feel underserved.

My communication style is direct with active listening skills. I try to foster good communication and believe it is an important goal often in therapy.
