Welcome, I would like to take this time to say welcome and you have come to the right place to receive what you need to reach every goal that you set for yourself. I have over thirty years of experience working with adults and children in the area of family, grief, anger, relationship issues, sexual abuse, self-esteem, workplace issues, and many other areas. I have also worked in Life Coaching to assist adults and children in finding a balance in their lives and bringing stability to areas of need.
My approach
I work with each person on their level, I do not assume that a certain concept will work for anyone.
My focus
I work with all ages, races, and genders. I work with people who find the need to have assistance with regulating their world so that they are able to focus and balance themselves on a daily basis.
My communication style
I am a very laid-back therapist, allowing you to lead your therapy sessions so that when we are done you understand how to balance yourself on a daily basis.
My journey to therapy
I became a therapist because a High School counselor told me that I would not be able to go to college or complete a degree due to my being a teen mother. So, I told myself that no one would ever feel defeated while I was helping them find their balance.

The client set their goals and they set the boundaries that they are going to use to reach those goals.

During the first session you the client will answer questions that will allow me to understand your journey and how to best help you reach your goals.
