Welcome! I am so glad to see you. I have been working with all types of people and hope to work with you soon. I have worked with people ages 6 to 98 over my counseling career. 

I am not bothered by any topic and listen with a non-judgmental ear. Past clients describe me as “sincere” and someone who “keeps it real” and ” very honest.” I primarily work from a perspective of thoughts and choices, looking to empower my clients. I also love to work on mindfulness and working with my strengths. Most importantly, I work with you to reach your overall goals in your counseling journey.
