I am a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor with 20 years of experience providing therapy services to adults, adolescents, and young children. As a mental health provider, it is my mission to cultivate clients as a whole and assist with creating a foundation of intellectual tools and motivation to facilitate growth and success by creating a safe environment for exploration.

I have worked with both adults and adolescents from a cross section of the population addressing a variety of issues such as life transitions, depression, anxiety, substance use, trauma, and relationship challenges. While utilizing a person-centered solution focus approach, we explore the challenges occurring and how best to manage them. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) allows for us to discover thought patterns contributing to self-destructive behaviors and feelings.

I believe in the inherent will to learn and grow that is in all of us and is my calling to assist individuals to see it within themselves. Change is never easy. I believe often in our lives we often know what choices we want to make but are trying to manage how we are going to live with those decisions. I am here to assist you on your journey.
