I am currently a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Virginia. I now hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Marymount University and an LPC license with a residency completed in Virginia. I am currently willing to see clients ages 13 and above. My approach to counseling is individualistic and collaborative. I seek to meet each client where they now come in with their level of insight into their situations and stressors.

I offer a range of therapeutic techniques within counseling sessions. My goal is to help my clients understand and process their stressors, notice any defenses or barriers, learn new self-care and coping strategies, and be able to make changes where necessary in their lives.

I enjoy spending time with friends, and my dogs, hiking/exercising, listening to music, and practicing self-care. I often encourage clients to develop and practice.
